Digvijay Rathore is a renowned dynamic professional with over 20 years of extensive experience of Food & Beverage in the Hospitality Industry.

Started his career way back in 2002 in one of the finest hotel chains in India. A person full of ambition, focused and highly motivated proved himself by making his way up from associate, to one of the Recognized F&B Leaders in Caterer Awards Middle East & India and a Starwood President Awardee. His experiences in different top five-star hotels chains such as, Westin, St. Regis, Fairmont and Millennium Hotels & Resorts, crafted his talent to become a beacon of innovation who demonstrated unparalleled leadership and creativity in the hospitality industry.

Having a commitment to achieving excellence, he brought a lot of new trends and ideas to bring the guest dining experience to a whole new level. His expertise specializes in implementing strategies to maximize financial performance through events and marketing planning while ensuring the highest quality of food & beverage quality and service.
